No. 14489861, VAT EE102071416), registered at Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harjumaa, Estonia ("we", "us", "our").

Ctrl-Trade provides educational content and software tools to help traders track and manage their own options trading. It is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment service. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frenxi OÜ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
